Isela’s work now focuses on adolescents and adults going through depression, anxiety, trauma, life stressors/transitions, and self-esteem issues.
With a focus on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation, Isela utilizes a strengths-based, collaborative approach in therapy. Isela uses several different modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, client-centered, and psychodynamic therapy, depending on each individual’s needs, background, and presenting problem(s).
Isela joined WTCG in 2023 and sees clients in person at the Cactus Hotel and via telehealth. She is fluent in Spanish.
