Nicole received her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University in December 2019. She became a fully licensed LPC in 2022 and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) in December 2023.

Nicole enjoys working with individuals ages 3 years and older who are dealing with trauma related experiences, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression and gender identity related issues. She has a strong background in trauma treatment which focused mostly on children who have been abused. Nicole utilizes an eclectic approach that tends to be person centered including child-centered play therapy, EMDR, sand tray and expressive arts. She also utilizes Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and CBT approaches.
