Sandra Seca received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Counseling both from Sul Ross State University in Del Rio, TX.  Sandra was born and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas and has resided in Del Rio since 1992.  She became a Licensed Professional Counselor certified by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors in 2022.

Sandra has over 20 years of experience in social services working directly with families in a nonprofit organization in Del Rio, Texas.  In this capacity, she worked with families dealing with issues such as substance abuse, neglect, trauma, adjustment issues, depression and anxiety. 

Sandra has an interest in using Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help clients understand that one’s thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors are directly connected to their moods and responses to their own environment.

She enjoys working with adults, as well as, young adults. She speaks both English and Spanish.
